Evolve & Co. was created by Dr. Aryn Thomas, an adventurous, heart-led guide with a deep passion for uncovering joy and possibility in every corner of life.

Her journey began in chiropractic school, where she discovered the profound impact of NetworkSpinal and experienced firsthand the transformation that happens when the nervous system shifts from protection into expansion.
Through her work at Inspire Life Chiropractic Center, and under the mentorship of Dr. Mel Krug and the Inspire Method Facilitator program, Dr. Aryn has witnessed the power of turning trauma into triumph and reclaiming inner resilience.

Now, she’s expanding her work beyond the adjusting table and into a virtual space, offering a soulful, transformative container where people can reconnect with their bodies, rewrite old patterns, and step into the fullness of who they’re here to be.
